With over 3 decades of experience, Newell has worked with many of the most revered brands in media specifically within sales and marketing. From his leadership roles at Conde Nast, Time Inc., Gannett, and National Geographic, he understands the challenges of legacy companies and their resistance to change. In 2017, and after leading the expansion of Time Inc’s News & Sports Content Studio, Newell has advised early-stage and growth companies with sales and marketing planning and execution.  Similarly, he has helped legacy media companies develop a plan forward in a changing advertising landscape.
